USQ Residential College Scholarships

 Applicants must: be Australian citizens; be commencing or continuing their studies in a bachelor degree in Semester 1, 2014; have their principle place of residence in a rural area in Queensland or New South Wales, and be at least 50 kilometres from Toowoomba City Hall; be enrolled in a minimum of 3 study units in each of Semester 1 and Semester 2; and be studying on-campus.

USQ Postgraduate Research Scholarship

Applicants must: be enrolled, or be eligible to enrol, full-time in a Higher Degree by Research at the University of Southern Queensland; not previously have held an Australian Government-funded postgraduate research scholarship for more than 6 months; not be in receipt of similar funding from the Australian Government; and commence the degree by the date set by the university.

USQ Equity Scholarship

Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; be commencing their studies at USQ in a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Theatre or Music) in Semester 1; be enrolled at Toowoomba; be enrolled in a minimum of 3 units of study in each semester; and be studying on-campus.

Thelander Scholarship

Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; be commencing their studies in a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil or Environmental) in Semester 1; be enrolled on-campus at Toowoomba; and be enrolled in a minimum of 3 study units in Semester 1 and Semester 2 of each year of study.

St Philomena’s Bursary in Education

 Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; be commencing their studies in a Bachelor of Education majoring in Primary Education in Semester 1; be entering into the first year of their degree; be enrolled at Springfield Campus; be enrolled in up to 2 study units in Semester 1; and be studying on-campus, external or online.

Sister Elizabeth Kenny Memorial Fund Scholarship

Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; be entering into the second or third year of the Bachelor of Nursing in Semester 1; be enrolled on-campus at Toowoomba or Fraser Coast; and be enrolled in a minimum of 3 study units in Semester 1 and Semester 2.

Rachael Fontana Memorial Bursary for the Arts

Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; be from a rural area within Queensland; be entering into the second, third or final year of a Bachelor degree in the Faculty of Arts in Semester 1; be enrolled on-campus at Toowoomba; and be enrolled in a minimum of 3 study units in Semester 1 and Semester 2.

Nola Charlesworth Bursary

 Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; be graduates from Clifton High School; be commencing their studies in a Bachelor degree in Semester 1; be enrolled on-campus at Toowoomba; and be enrolled in up to 4 study units in Semester 1.

National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Bursary

 Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; be female; be commencing or continuing their studies in a Bachelor of Construction in Semester 1; be enrolled on-campus or externally at USQ; be enrolled in a minimum of 3 study units in Semester 1; and be entering into the second or higher year of their degree.
