Eligibility: Applicants must: be Australian citizens; be commencing or continuing full time in the MBBS at the Gippsland campus; be from one or more defined equity or personal disadvantage groups; and be able to demonstrate a significant tie to the Gippsland region, including at least 5 years residency in any of the local government areas of Bass Coast, Baw Baw, East Gippsland, Latrobe, South Gippsland, or Wellington, as well as an interest in practising in the Gippsland region upon completion of the degree. Tenure is dependent on satisfactory academic progress.
