Those who have been in receipt of another similar award or scholarship, have completed a PhD or research professional doctorate or equivalent (unless there is a significant change in research direction), have already completed a master degree or equivalent (unless intending to undertake a PhD or research professional doctorate), or are enrolled or intending to enrol as a research candidate under Monash’s external mode regulations, are ineligible to apply.
