  1. First of all, you need to practice creating visual image of anything in you brain. Suppose, you are reading a news about the current economy about your country from some newspaper. Once you are done, create a unique visual image in your imagination. The image must be such kind of image that represent all the information provided by the article.
  2. Don’t worry if it seems little difficult at the beginning. Keep practicing and it’ll become easy to creating image in your imagination.
  3. Once you are done with creating visual image in your imagination, try to visualizer that image in your imagination. If you are successful in visualizing that image in your imagination, you are done with this method.

Now everything is in that image that you’ve created. Instead of recalling the whole article, simply recall that image you’ve created about that article and simply describe that image. And it is done! This is how you can memorize anything and keep it in your memory until you are dead.
