This scholarship is available for students who want to pursue master’s degree on subjects such as: Earth and Sustainability, Economics, management and organization, Philosophy and religious studies, Health of humans and animals, Media, art, culture and history, Natural Sciences, Education right, Social and behavioral sciences, Language, literature and communication, Mathematics and information science

Benefits of the scholarship:

• Utrecht Excellence Scholarship provides students with tuition fee or tuition fee plus living expenditure of 11,000 euro’s to help ease up their living costs in Netherlands ( This is not full time scholarship so it is best to arrange additional funding for your studies and collect money for permanent living expenditures)
• The scholarship program will only be available for the duration period of the program which can be 1 to 2 years depending on the course outline of the degree program. Scholarship will be renewed for students in the second year only if they are able to perform satisfactory results in their studies at Utrecht University

Eligibility:

• Students must belong to top 10% of their graduating class
• Students must hold a non-EU/EEA passport. The students should not be eligible under the Dutch system of study grants and loans.
• Students should have completed their secondary school/Bachelor’s degree outside of Netherland
• Students must apply for an international master’s program within the staring date of 1^st September 2017

How to Apply:

• Applicant must submit their application for Master’s program in order to qualify for the scholarship program
• After submitting the application for Master’s program, the applicant can can submit their application for Utrecht Excellence Scholarship
• Applicant must apply before 1^st February
