- 600 lei per month. This money covers both tuition fee and dormitory accommodation fee

- Must have completed Bachelor’s Degree Program
- Must have earned outstanding academic result in Bachelor’s degree program or equivalent
- Must show potential in research and invention

- Documents attesting the candidate’s previous degrees and diplomas;
- Curriculum vitae (Europass format);
