Applicants must be final year students in the ANU College of Law LLB program or JD program, or recent graduates (up to 5 years) of either of the programs. Selection is primarily on the basis of academic excellence in courses relating to public international law, with proven research and writing skills. Any other related achievements or experience, including work experience, international engagement, or contribution to the wider community will also be considered. Applicants are required to submit a letter of application, a CV, an academic transcript, 2 references, and a sample of their scholarly writing.

Westende Scholarship in ANU Top Scholarship in Australia

Applicants must: be enrolled in an undergraduate program offered by the ANU School of Arts; be working in any area of visual arts, design arts or digital arts; and have received a letter of confirmation of acceptance by an overseas exchange institution. Selection is based on: academic merit; merit of work (visual support material); reasons for wishing to pursue the overseas study program; potential ability to adopt to an unfamiliar environment; suitability for an overseas study program; benefit to the School as well as the individual; and supporting documentation from Head of Workshop or lecturers.

Wanda Henry Scholarship in Photonics

Applicants must: be Australian or New Zealand citizens or Australian permanent residents; be enrolled in a Bachelor of Physics and Bachelor of Engineering combined double degree that includes the Photonics major; be enrolled full time; and have already been enrolled in and passed the courses PHYS1101, PHYS1201 and PHYS2017. Selection is based on academic merit.

Tuckwell Scholarship

 Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; be completing year 12 in the year of application; be predicted to achieve an ATAR of 95 or higher; be intending to enrol at ANU as a full time undergraduate student in any single or double degree; and be intending to live in an ANU Hall or Residential College for the duration of the scholarship. Selection is based on: academic potential and achievements to date, a desire to give back to Australia, and demonstration of Tuckwell Scholar attributes (such as lateral thinker, hardworking, willing to take on a challenge, resilient, determination to succeed).
