Women in Engineering and Information Sciences Scholarship

 Applicants must: be Australian citizens, permanent residents or holders of a Humanitarian Visa; be commencing study as a first year full-time undergraduate student at UOW (with no previous enrolment); and be female students enrolled in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Sciences. Selection is based on a strong desire to pursue a career in engineering, information and communication technology, mathematics and statistics or physics.

Vice-Chancellor’s Academic Excellence Scholarship

Applicants must: be Australian citizens, permanent residents or holders of a Humanitarian Visa; have a course at the University of Wollongong as their first or second UAC preference on the date ATARs are released; live within the University's main drawing area (i.e. the Illawarra, Southern Sydney, South Western Sydney, Southern Highlands and the South Coast of NSW); and be commencing study as a first year undergraduate student at UOW (with no previous enrolment).

Veolia Mulwaree Trust Scholarship

 Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; be enrolled full-time in any degree at the University of Wollongong; demonstrate a credit average; have a demonstrated need such as financial and/or social disadvantage; and have been awarded their HSC or equivalent from within Goulburn Mulwaree Council, Palerang Council, Shoalhaven City Council, Oberon Council, Wingecarribee Shire Council, Upper Lachlan Shire Council, and Wollondilly Shire Council areas. The successful applicant will show an affinity with the Veolia Mulwaree Trust region, through significant community involvement and participation in the business community through work experience, placement or internship.
