Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; be entering at minimum their second year of study of a bachelor degree at USQ, or have completed their degree within the last 12 months; be able to travel and take up the scholarship within 2 years of scholarship acceptance; enrol or be on exchange to a recognised university or academy in France and produce certified written evidence of enrolment acceptance; and be able to show evidence of their ability to support themselves financially while in France.
