Applicants must: be Australian or New Zealand citizens, Australian permanent residents or permanent humanitarian visa holders; be enrolled in or applying for a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Mathematics, Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Information Technology, Bachelor of Applied Science (current students only) or Bachelor of Applied Science/Bachelor of Mathematics (current students only); and be experiencing financial disadvantage.

Vice-Chancellor’s Elite Athlete Scholarship

Applicants must: be Australian or New Zealand citizens or permanent residents, holders of a permanent humanitarian visa, or international students who have completed high school in Australia; be graduating Year 12 or have not had more than 2 gap years since graduating high school; have an OP 1 to 5 (or equivalent); be able to demonstrate leadership qualities, community service and extracurricular activities; and be competing representing the state in a national sporting competition or representing Australia in a national or international sporting competition.

Vice-Chancellor’s Creative Industries Scholarship

Applicants must: be Australian or New Zealand citizens or permanent residents, or holders of a permanent humanitarian visa, or international students that have completed high school in Australia; be graduating Year 12, or have not had more than 2 gap years since graduating high school; and be the highest ranking student in one of the additional entry courses within the Creative Industries faculty.

Vice-Chancellor’s Academic Scholarship

Applicants must: be school leavers or have taken a break (for up to 2 years) from study after Year 12; be domestic or international students who have completed secondary school studies in Australia; be entering university for the first time on the basis of their Year 12 results; and have achieved an OP of 1 or 2 (or interstate equivalent). Some courses require that applicants submit a portfolio and/or attend an audition and/or interview.
