 Applicants must: be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent; have completed an undergraduate degree and be eligible to enrol in Master of Teaching; and have a preference to teach in a Primary school setting. Preference may be given to: students who currently reside in, or have family connection to, Victoria or within 100 km of Victorian borders; or to students with a desire to teach in Victoria or within 100 kms of Victorian borders.

Soroptimists International (Bendigo) Midwifery Bursary

Applicants must: be enrolled as Commonwealth Supported or Domestic Fee paying students; be enrolled as current students in the Postgraduate Diploma in Midwifery Science; be enrolled at the Bendigo campus; and have a permanent postcode in regional or rural Australia. Selection is based on the extent of hardship related to: rural or regional issues, such as financial stress due to the effects of flood or drought; and extended time away from home, including financial issues related to accommodation requirements, distance travelled.
