 Eligibility:  Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; be a member of a family who have lived in a rural or isolated area of NSW for at least 4 years of their high school studies; have attended secondary school in rural NSW for at least 4 years; be completing the NSW HSC (or equivalent examination) in the year of the application, or the previous year; and be proposing to undertake the Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering at UNSW. Selection is based on interview performance, academic merit and personal qualities. Consideration may also be given to any economic circumstances which might otherwise hinder successful transition to UNSW.
