 Description:  Ian Clunies-Ross was a veterinary science graduate with a lifelong interest in parasitology. He had a celebrated career in science as head of CSIRO for 10 years and wide humanitarian and international interests. In recognition of his contribution to veterinary science, and enabled by a bequest from the late Lady Clunies-Ross and the CSIRO, the Faculty of Veterinary Science offers a prize to enable students to travel to any Australian or overseas destination to further their research.
