Description: RSTC Gordon Smith Memorial Scholarship Trust was established to create a scholarship whose objective is the facilitation of training and/or employment for people who are disadvantaged due to long term unemployment, disability, Aboriginality, or a cultural and linguistically diverse background, and who reside in the Rockingham and Kwinana region.
