Eligibility: Applicants must: be Australian or New Zealand citizens or Australian permanent residents; be enrolled in the first year of a government-supported diploma, degree, honours or postgraduate coursework program; be studying full-time; not have previously completed an equivalent qualification; be relocating from interstate or a Victorian rural/regional area to study at a Melbourne RMIT campus; be able to demonstrate financial difficulties and educational disadvantage; and not have previously been enrolled at RMIT.
