The awardees of the Rhodes Scholarship program are allowed to pursue any full-time postgraduate degree, which also includes the BA with senior status over two years at Oxford University, depending on a few number of constraints.

Eligibility:

All Rhodes Scholarships applicants are subjected to the eligibility conditions mentioned below:

  • Citizenship and residency: All applicants are required to meet the citizenship and residency conditions of the Rhodes constituency for which they are applying. Kindly see the detailed information thoroughly through the country links.
  • Age: The age limits differ between constituencies and usually vary from a minimum age limit of 18 and a maximum age limit of 28 by 1 October of the year following selection. Most of the constituencies show an age limit of 24 and 25. Kindly check the precise age limit for your constituency thoroughly before applying.
  • Education: The candidates applying for this Scholarship program must have a completed bachelor’s degree before the October following selection. Since the entry reuirements are very competitive, the applicants must have a satisfactory academic standing to secure admission to the Oxford University. It will also ensure Rhodes Scholars to reach the high educational standards set by Oxford University. However some constituencies ask for an undergraduate degree to be considered within the constituency of application.
