London South Bank University started its journey in 1892 as a polytechnic institute. Its main aim was to promote industrial skills, general knowledge, health and well being of young men and women. The University offers Scholarships which are for the students/scholars of East and Southern African commonwealth countries available in 2010.   • Must be a citizen of African Commonwealth working in Botswana, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda or Zambia
  • Must have a first degree
  • Must have a written English skill for Masters program
  • Should be involved in the field of education in the broadest terms like: advocacy/communication/training/teaching/Marketing.
  • Should have Leadership skills and potentials
  • Should have a mind to bring about change in the workplace and country
  • Must have the knowledge of the requirements and challenges of distant learning course
  • Must have computer literacy and internet browsing knowledge

 

How to Apply: 

  • Applicants must complete on line application form via UK Commonwealth Scholarship website
  • Applicant must submit the following necessary documents with the application
    • Passport (Photo and ID page)
    • Copies of all UK visas (if applicable)
    • Academic transcript and certificates
    • Reference letter
    • Personal Statement
  • Applicant must submit application by midday of May 04
