Eligibility:

- Must have a first degree
- Must have a written English skill for Masters program
- Should be involved in the field of education in the broadest terms like: advocacy/communication/training/teaching/Marketing.
- Should have Leadership skills and potentials
- Should have a mind to bring about change in the workplace and country
- Must have the knowledge of the requirements and challenges of distant learning course
- Must have computer literacy and internet browsing knowledge
