Description: The fund was established by the family, friends and colleagues of Dr Mark Patterson, a research fellow in the Graduate School of Tropical Veterinary Science and Agriculture who died of Burkitt’s Lymphoma in 1992 at the age of 32. The purpose of the fund is to promote research in the discipline of immunology within the School of Biomedical Sciences.
