Description: This Program offers a Master of Arts in International Peace Studies. It is a shared initiative of the Nippon Foundation, The University for Peace and Ateneo de Manila University. This program is offering students to take courses at Ateneo Manila University in Philippine and The University for Peace in Costa Rica.

Eligibility:

  • Students from Asian countries where English is not widely used. Such as Cambodia, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam.
  • Exceptionally students from other Asian country can be admitted.
  • Applicants must have any English Language proficiency certificate from the followings:
  • IELTS with minimum 8.0 scores.
  • Paper based TOEFL score 600.
  • Computer based TOEFL score 250
  • Internet based TOEFL score 100
  • TOEIC score 800.

How to Apply:

Candidates should submit the following items to the UPEACE Department of

Academic Administration:

  • Application form.
  • Official Transcript of undergraduate or last degree.
  • Three Recommendation letters.
  • Curriculum Vitae.
  • A statement of purpose indicating why they are interested in the Program.
  • A printed score of the English proficiency test.
