 Description:  The George Alexander Foundation was established by Mr Alexander AM (Order of Australia) in 1972 to provide grants for public charitable purposes in Australia. The objective of the scholarship is to assist with costs associated with accommodation fees for students who can demonstrate academic merit and the capacity to achieve their full potential while studying at Griffith University.

 Eligibility:  Applicants must: be Australian citizens; be Year 12 school leavers; be commencing an undergraduate academic program at Griffith University in the year of application; apply and be accepted to reside at a Griffith University residential college (Nathan, Mt Gravatt and Gold Coast campus accommodation), and intend to reside there for 3 full academic years; and achieve an Overall Position of 1 to 6 or ATAR equivalent.
