Description: The scholarship is open to Indigenous Australian students who are recognised in their community. The recipient will be offered 6 hours of informal mentoring or in-kind assistance by the Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources. The recipient will be given the opportunity to network and build relationships with Department staff by attending 2 functions. The recipient must have the ability to be a positive ambassador for the Department.

Eligibility: Applicants must be Indigenous students who are enrolled full-time in the final year of an undergraduate or postgraduate program at UniSA. Selection is based on a personal written statement outlining the applicant’s career goals and community involvement. Preference may be given to applicants who can demonstrate financial disadvantage and/or academic merit. Applicants undertaking a program in one of the following Schools will be considered favourably: Natural and Built Environments; Mathematics and Statistics; Law; Commerce; Management; Art, Architecture and Design; Communication, International Studies and Languages; and Psychology, Social Work and Social Policy.
