Description: Friends of the University of Newcastle raise funds for various University projects and student scholarships, mostly through their Bi-Annual Book Fair. This Teaching Scholarship is to be awarded annually for an indigenous student studying an Education degree (undergraduate or postgraduate). The scholarship will increase the Friends of the University perpetual scholarships to 8.
