Description:
The Belgian American Educational Function (B.A.E.F..) is offering a fellowship program aimed for advanced study or research. The program is going to be taken place during 2017-2018 academic year. 10 fellowships will be awarded by B.A.E.F. as outright non-renewable grants carrying a stipend of $27,000 for master’s or Ph.D students and $31,000 for post-doctoral fellows. Fellows are expected to stay in Belgium for 12 months. If a fellow is not able to stay in Belgium within this 12 months, the stipend will be prorated according to his time span in Belgium.

Eligibility:
- Students must be citizens or permeant residence of USA
- Applicants must have any of these following 3 degrees.
- At the time of the application, be registered in a Ph.D or an equivilant degree program in USA.
- BAEF fellowship register in a graduate program in Belgium.
- Hold a Master’s, Ph.D or Post-Doctoral applicant by july 1, 2017.
- Optional knowledge of Dutch, French or German will be appreciated.
