Description: UK Universities offered this scholarship at Master’s degree only for the citizens of developing commonwealth countries who are unable to study in the UK by any means.
Undergraduate courses, PdD study, or any professional English language teaching are not covered by this scholarship.

- Study travel grant and excess baggage allowance are also included in this award.
Eligibility: To apply for this Commonwealth Shared Scholarship, the candidate must have the following eligibility:
- The applicant should be Commonwealth Citizen, refugee or British Protected Person
- Must be a permanent resident in a developing Commonwealth Country
- The selected applicants need to start their academic studies in the UK by start of the UK academic year in September/October 2017
- The applicant must hold a first degree of either first or upper second class (2:1) classification, or lower second class (2:2) classification plus a relevant postgraduate qualification (usually a Master’s degree)
- The applicant who haven’t studied or worked for one (academic) year or more in a developed country
- Who are unable either by theirselves or through their family, to pay study in the UK

- Apply using the CSC’s Electronic Application System (EAS)
- Application should be submitted by 23.59 (BST) by 29th March 2017.
