 Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; be enrolling full-time in the Bachelor of Social Science (Geography and Urban Studies)/Pathway to Master of Urban Management and Planning; have resided in the Penrith local government area for at least 1 year prior to commencement of study and continue to reside within the Penrith local government area for the duration of the scholarship; and be willing to complete a negotiated period of work experience with Penrith City Council.

 Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; receive an offer or be currently enrolled to study full-time in the Bachelor of Education (Pathway to Teaching Birth-5 years/Birth-12) at UWS; hold a Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent); have been a resident of the Penrith Local Government Area for at least 12 months prior to applying for this scholarship, and continue to reside within the Penrith Local Government Area for the duration of the scholarship; demonstrate a commitment to the early childhood sector through leadership and community contribution; and be willing to complete a negotiated period of work experience with Penrith City Council.

NSW Food Authority (Food Regulation Partnership) Scholarship in Environmental Health

Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; be currently enrolled at UWS in either Bachelor of Natural Science (Environment and Health) and completing the unit Field Practice 1 and 2 or in Bachelor of Science (Honours); demonstrate an interest in the Environmental Health Officer career path; be willing to undertake a food safety-based project in the year in which they receive the scholarship; and have achieved a high standard of academic performance in their university studies to date.
