Applicants must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent and fulfil the entry requirements into either the Bachelor of Engineering, Diploma in Engineering Practice or the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. The scholarship is open to current and non-current school leavers.

Faculty of Law Equity Scholarship

Applicants must: be Australian or New Zealand citizens, Australian permanent residents or permanent humanitarian visa holders; have received an offer through Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) for a UTS Bachelor of Laws (single or combined degree); remain enrolled full time for the duration of the scholarship; and demonstrate financial disadvantage through submission of a UAC Equity Scholarship. Selection is based on academic excellence (excluding bonus points); motivation to succeed in the chosen Faculty of Law course; and demonstrated initiative in personal and professional life.

Eric Dreikurs Scholarship

Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; be enrolled in a Bachelor of Laws at UTS (single, combined, or double degree); have completed at least 1 year of their degree; and demonstrate financial need or low income. Selection is based on: demonstrated financial need or low income; satisfactory academic progression; or evidence of exceptional circumstances; motivation to succeed in the chosen Faculty of Law course; and demonstrated initiative in personal and professional life.
