St Vincent de Paul Scholarship for Indigenous Students

Applicants must: be Australian Indigenous students enrolled in an undergraduate degree at the University of Canberra, preferably in one of the many fields of Education or Health; have completed all components of the first semester of the course; display a commitment to working in the field of education or health and a commitment to making a positive contribution to their community; attach a 300 word statement outlining the above and how the financial support will assist; and be in receipt of a current Centrelink benefit or be the dependent of someone who is.

Rotary Club of Ginninderra Scholarship

 Applicants must: be Australian citizens or holders of an Australian permanent humanitarian visa; have completed Year 12 at either Hawker College, St Francis Xavier College or Melba Copland Secondary School (college campus) in the past 2 years; provide a 500 word written statement demonstrating financial disadvantage and any barriers overcome in accessing tertiary education; and have undertaken voluntary community service.

Roni Ellis Indigenous Study Award

Applicants must: be an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander; be enrolled in an undergraduate degree; have completed the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Foundation Program at the Ngunnawal Centre and University of Canberra College; and attach a 500 word statement outlining their work/volunteer history, career goals, challenges faced and how they have overcome them and how the scholarship money will assist them.

Platinum Asset Management Scholarship for Second and Third Year Financial Planning Students

Applicants must: be Australian citizens or holders of a permanent humanitarian visa; be enrolled in the second or third year of the Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Financial Planning; be undertaking 3 or more units each semester of their enrolment; have maintained a credit average; and attach a statement of approximately 500 words outlining their interest in financial planning, career goals and ambitions and how the scholarship will assist them.
