Co-op Scholarship

Applicants must: be enrolled in an undergraduate Bachelor degree course at ECU; be enrolled in a full time load (60 credit points); have completed the first year (120 credit points of current course) at ECU; be continuing the second year of their course; have an Average Weighted Mark (WAM) above 75 per cent; prove financial hardship; and not be in receipt of other scholarships (except Commonwealth Scholarships or Student Start Up or Relocation Scholarship payments via Centrelink).

Claremont Teachers College Memorial Award

 Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents enrolled as full-time or part-time students in the: Bachelor of Science (Sports Science) Honours; Bachelor of Science (Human Biology) Honours; Bachelor of Education (specialising in Physical Education) 4th year or Graduate Diploma in Education (Secondary ) specialising in Physical Education). Selection is based on academic merit and the purpose, nature and significance of the proposed research area or the goals set out for fourth year physical education teaching.

Australian Postgraduate Award (APA)

The awards are open to Australian citizens and permanent residents or New Zealand citizens, who hold a Bachelor degree with honours class I or IIA or an equivalent qualification who intend to undertake an eligible postgraduate research degree. Selection for a postgraduate research scholarship is based on academic merit and research capability within the university's research strengths. Applicants cannot: previously have held an Australian government research scholarship for more than 6 months; be in receipt of an equivalent award (greater than 75 per cent of the base stipend); or, have completed a degree at the same level or higher than that proposed.
