It is awarded to the new enrolled students.
Benefit of this Scholarship:
The benefit of this scholarship is prize money. There is no other benefit. The amount of the prize money is $20,000 and awarded annually. Every year 10 scholarships are awarded to 10 students. Which becomes $200,000 a year.

Eligibility:
Dr. David Naylor was an extraordinary person with excellent academic merit, achievements and tremendous leadership power. Students who possess the same ability as him are eligible for this scholarship.
