 Description:  BHP Billiton Iron Ore Ltd offers up to 5 scholarships per year to provide financial assistance to Indigenous students enrolled, or enrolling, in an undergraduate degree in one of the specified fields of study.

 Annual Comment:  The scholarship is valued at approximately $17,000 per year for the duration of the course, comprising of: residential accommodation fees at one of the Residential Colleges; a $4,000 living allowance; and a $1,000 ancillary allowance. Scholarship holders are also given the opportunity to participate in the BHP Billiton Mentor Program and vacation work with BHP Billiton Iron Ore Pty Ltd.
