Description: The scholarship is for postgraduate study in medicine, law, commerce, economics or architecture. The Honourable William Lawrence Baillieu, Edward Lloyd Baillieu, Arthur Sydney Baillieu, Clivia Baillieu, Norman Baillieu and Maurice Howard Lawrence Baillieu made a gift to the Australian Soldiers’ Repatriation Fund, established in 1916, with the proviso that funds would eventually be applied to such scholarships.

Tenure is 2 years for master students and 3 years for PhD students, with a possible 6-month extension.
